The term “INNER TRIBAL” includes the terms “Inner Tribal LLC.”
INNER TRIBAL has conceived an easy to navigate website letting you purchase products online along the terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “Agreement”).
By using the www.InnerTribal.com website to make online purchases of products, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement, and you represent that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement and become bound by its terms and conditions. INNER TRIBAL reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time, at INNER TRIBAL’s sole discretion.
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
By using the www.InnerTribal.com to make online purchases of products you acknowledge that you have read the Terms and Conditions of Use and accept them.
2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and accept it. You hereby consent to the use of your personal information by INNER TRIBAL in compliance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
3. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All orders are subject to e-mail order confirmation by us.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Please note that the products displayed on this site may be out-of-stock or discontinued.
The availability of certain products may be limited, and products may not be available for immediate delivery. INNER TRIBAL may revise or cease to make available any products at any time without prior notice. In the event that INNER TRIBAL is unable to deliver you a product ordered due to lack of availability, INNER TRIBAL will notify you via e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled with respect to such unavailable product, provided that INNER TRIBAL may, in its sole discretion, contact you in order to allow you to maintain your order subject to a revised delivery time if and when the product becomes available.
5. CANCELLING AN ORDER
INNER TRIBAL reserves the right, in its discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, including after the order has been submitted and paid for. In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, INNER TRIBAL will issue a full refund.
6. PRICE POLICY
We put a lot of effort to make sure that all information contained on this website is accurate. However, considering the number of styles we offer and the changes that we bring regularly, it may happen that information provided is not exact. INNER TRIBAL reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time, without prior notice. Inner Tribal cannot confirm the price of a product until after you submit an order for the product. The prices provided on this site may vary from those provided in the stores.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include applicable federal and provincial sales taxes or any other taxes that may be applicable to your purchase. You are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the order.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment shall be made by credit card and are subject to the approval of the financial institution that has issued the credit card.
8. SHIPPING
INNER TRIBAL delivers within the Unites States of America via USPS unless otherwise specified.
INNER TRIBAL will ship the product(s) ordered to the address indicated in the order confirmation. Delivery times provided by INNER TRIBAL are estimates only. INNER TRIBAL shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.
Orders leave our warehouse three (3) business days after the order is placed and payment approved. Please allow four (5) to seven (15) business days to receive your order. Business days are from Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
All products purchased from INNER TRIBAL are delivered to you by a delivery company that has no relation to INNER TRIBAL. You shall become the owner of the product(s) and shall assume the risks of loss at the time of delivery by INNER TRIBAL of the products to the third party delivery company.
9. SHIPPING CHARGES
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and applicable. Separate charges for shipping and handling and taxes will be shown on the order confirmation for each order, as applicable.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the number of items, weight of shipment and the shipping destination.
10. CONSENT TO USE OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS
You hereby consent to the exchange of information and documents between you and INNER TRIBAL over the Internet or by e-mail, and that this Agreement together with any applicable order confirmation(s) accepted by INNER TRIBAL in electronic form shall be the equivalent of an original written paper agreement between us. You further agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This website and its server are physically located within the United States of America. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the laws of Utah applicable therein and shall be treated in all respects as a US contract, without reference to principles of conflict of law.
12. EXPORT LAWS
Products sold or delivered under this Agreement shall be subject to export control laws and regulations of The United States of America. You agree to comply at all times with all such laws and regulations. You will defend and hold INNER TRIBAL harmless against all claims, damages or liability resulting from breach of the foregoing.
13. Return Procedures / Warranties
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise along with the receipt, tag and original packaging for up to thirty (30) days from the date which the order was delivered.
Refunds will only be made in the manner in which payment was made.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and to the extent that the requirements of the Return Policy are met, the amount corresponding to the return (with the exception of shipping fees) will be credited to your credit card.
We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent; otherwise shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns can only be sent to our distribution center. No exchanges are possible on products purchased from this site. Sale merchandise cannot be returned.
INNER TRIBAL’s liability for sold merchandise shall not exceed the price paid.
In order to make a return please email customer service at sales@innertribal.com and make sure to include your account email address, date purchased, a description of the item being returned as well as a reason for the return. Our customer service representatives will review your request and if the Return Policy requirements have been met, you will receive your return number by email.
Once you have received your return number please be sure to clearly indicate it on the package.
Inner Tribal, LLC is not responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you ship your package via a trackable carrier method. Inner Tribal cannot refund any items lost during return shipping.
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your return.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, the Terms and Conditions of Use herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Inner Tribal.
